Birth Doula Package

3 Prenatal Visits covering various topics, including:

  • birth fears and feelings
  • stages of labor
  • supporting physiological birth during pregnancy and labor
  • comfort measures
  • postpartum planning
  • birth preferences

Labor Support starts when you need it and where you need it, and lasts for as long as your birth.

Immediate Postpartum Support during the “golden hour” and breastfeeding support if desired.

1 Postpartum Follow-Up Visit allows you to debrief your birth, ask questions, and receive resources if needed.

Postpartum doula

Postpartum care looks different for every family.

Imagine what makes you feel cared for and supported when you bring your baby home:

  • unbiased information
  • emotional support
  • baby cues and behavior
  • newborn care
  • lactation support
  • baby wearing
  • sibling transition & care
  • laundry
  • light housekeeping
  • errands
  • meal prep
  • organization
  • referrals for other services

Postpartum doulas do not provide medical support but rather non-medical, physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual support.

Birth Prep

Get 1-on-1 birth prep from Annie – virtually or in person!

This is the birth doula experience without the birth doula-ing.

Get everything a birth client would receive in a prenatal, from labor education, to partner support, and postpartum preparation, minus the physical labor support.

Develop & write your own personal birth preferences (because birth never goes according to plan) to share with your providers, and prepare for whatever may come.

After your birth, share your story, ask questions, and get connected with any necessary resources.
